FD/MAS Alliance is pleased to offer a limited number of medical consults at our upcoming FD/MAS Community Conference. These consults will take place on September 8th at the conference hotel in Silver Spring, Maryland and are included as part of the conference registration.
The consults will take place in a panel-style format, with individuals or families meeting with a group of medical experts covering a range of fields. To secure a slot and best meet the needs of each participant, we ask that you complete the form below.
