We’re excited to begin planning the 2026 FD/MAS Community Conference, which will be held in person in Philadelphia in collaboration with CHOP’s Center for Craniofacial Innovation.
This conference is for and shaped by the FD/MAS community. We’d love your input to help ensure it’s meaningful, relevant, and welcoming for everyone. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts and ideas using the form below.
After meeting with the Planning Committee, we created a revised survey with more detailed information about participation. Please share your thoughts and ideas via this form, even if you filled out our previous form. Thank you for taking this additional step to give us the best information possible to plan our event efficiently and affordably.
We’re also forming a volunteer planning committee, chaired by a member of our Board of Directors, to help guide the program, logistics, and fundraising. If you’re interested in joining, be sure to include your name and email in the form.
