Bone Pain and Fibrous Dysplasia, McCune-Albright syndrome (FD/MAS)

In July 2021 FD/MAS Alliance launched a monthly webinar series, live-streamed and available for free. Topics will range from medical education to more specific research updates, and will also include social topics of particular interest to the community.

We are especially grateful to IONIS, Ultragenyx, and our Charlie’s Angels giving circle for supporting this series. These critical, ongoing educational programs are not possible without the support of our generous donors.

Our August webinar will focused on Bone Pain: a discussion of FD/MAS and the very common challenge of pain. This session will be led by our Medical Advisory Chair, Dr. Alison Boyce of the NIH and hosted by founding board member Wendy Daubel Thompson. Join us on August 25th at 12:00 E for the session, streamed live via our Facebook page and accessible whether or not you have a Facebook account. More information on registration and submitting questions to come.

You can watch the full recording of our Bone Pain discussion here.

Our first topic was FD/MAS 101, a crash course in understanding and managing fibrous dysplasia and McCune-Albright syndrome (FD/MAS). This session will be led by renowned expert Dr. Michael Collins of the NIH and hosted by FD/MAS caregiver Melissa Pacilio. You can find the full recording, including the Q&A section here.

Stay tuned as we announce future topics!
