Inspiring Artwork Needed to Represent the FD/MAS Journey

The FD/MAS Alliance is seeking original artwork that reflects the real-life experiences, resilience, and strength of individuals living with fibrous dysplasia and McCune-Albright syndrome.

As a patient-centered organization, we are committed to spotlighting the voices and journeys of our community members. Following the success of our 2025 Annual Report, the selected art will be featured on a postcard and across digital editions of our FY2026 Annual Report.

Paid Opportunity: The selected artist will receive compensation for sharing their creation with the Alliance. 

The Inspiration Behind the Canvas

Our vision includes working together to create a future where everyone affected by FD/MAS can thrive. By channeling the voices of individuals with FD/MAS and their caregivers, we raise awareness, deepen connections, and bring our vision closer to reality. 

When creating your piece, we encourage you to explore themes such as:

• Support: The networks, loved ones, and community that lifts you up. 
• Joy: The beauty and everyday moments of happiness found while living with a disability.
• Empowerment: The strength and advocacy shared across our collective experience, and the perspective to know that, together, we can drive research and treatment forward.

• Format: High-resolution digital file (jpg, gif, png, pdf, doc, Max. file size: 25 MB.

  This Artwork Release Form (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned (“Artist”) and the FD/ MAS Alliance. If the Artist is under 18 years of age when signing this form, a parent or guardian (“Guardian”) must also sign the Agreement.
  
  By submitting this Artwork, the artist affirms that they are the legal owner, or have legal right to the Artwork.
  
  FD/MAS Alliance will not use or alter the artwork in anyway until further details have been clarified and negotiated with the artist.
