Welcoming Kristin Caprarola

In January 2025, FD/MAS Alliance gained a new team member! Please give a warm welcome to Kristin Caprarola our Finance & Donations Administrator!

Kristin has spent over a decade working in finance and administration, with experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She is committed to fostering financial integrity, operational efficiency, and a supportive workplace culture. Kristin has worked closely with executive teams and boards to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals, while also managing budgets, grant compliance, and HR functions. She values opportunities to contribute to sustainable growth and mission-driven outcomes and finds fulfillment in supporting teams and communities through her work.

Outside of work, Kristin loves the chaos and joy of life with her husband and their four kids. When the house finally quiets down, you’ll find her staying up way too late devouring books. Last year, she tore through 70 reads—and she’s always ready to add to her never-ending “to-be-read” pile.

FD/MAS Alliance is a small team who work closely together to advance FD/MAS Alliance’s mission. We are thrilled to have Kristin on our team and know that her expertise and dedication will ensure that every dollar donated to our work continues to make the biggest impact possible.
